These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the VendorCheck Pro vendor compliance platform by organisations, vendors, and their staff. By signing in, you agree to the terms below.

Acceptable use

  1. Use the platform only for legitimate vendor compliance management purposes.
  2. Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share them with others.
  3. Ensure all documents uploaded are accurate, genuine, and belong to the vendor or person they are submitted for.
  4. Do not attempt to access data belonging to other organisations or to circumvent platform security.
  5. Comply with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR.

Accounts & access

Access is granted per organisation and role. Administrators are responsible for the accuracy of information entered for their vendors and staff, and for managing who has access to their account.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Privacy

Personal data submitted to the platform is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
